After Steve and Lindsey’s wedding, the John and I took off to Marco Island, Florida with my parents and my baby brother, Patty. It was a fantastic week of relaxation and family bonding!

One unexpected delight was the number of Protected Species we encountered while there. We saw Burrowing Owls, which actually live in holes in the ground and eagles.

On our final day in Florida, we drove back to Orlando to catch flights to our respective cities. Lucy was able to meet us for dinner!
